Frequently asked questions
1. Can't access the website?
- If you have difficulty accessing the Internet in China, please first check whether the WiFi you are currently using has access restrictions. Some companies or institutions may set specific network restrictions on their WiFi.
- In such a situation, it is recommended to temporarily switch to a mobile data network (4G or 5G) to try to access the service.
2. How to activate my account?
After submitting to create your account, you will be prompted to activate your account by providing an access token and password.
- An access token is sent to the email address you entered on the account creation form.
- Copy the value from the email and paste it into the Access Token field on the Account Activation form.
- Enter your password and click the “Activate Account” button.
- Upon successful completion, you will be returned to the login screen.
3. Didn’t receive the activation email after registration?
- If you did not receive the account activation email, please request that the account activation email be resent.
- If you still haven’t received the email after a few minutes, please check your spam or blocked mail folders.
- Alternatively, you can contact the administrator at info@victorious-bodhi.org for assistance.
4. Video loading speed is slow?
- Because video files are stored on cloud servers, when users in your area request a video resource for the first time, the loading speed may be slow or there may be some lag.
- Once the video resources are cached to the local server, the access speed of subsequent users will be significantly improved.
