Cause and Effect Song
All the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas of the three worlds are equal in their merits
Buddha Grace was received by the people of Syracuse by Guru Rinpoche Great Grace
High up in the heavenly realm, all are blessed and enjoyed
Look at the wheel king is poverty, this is the fruit of taking vows and giving alms
Reflect on the causes of kindness
People are born with many kinds of things, and now they are eighteen years old
Adjust your own mind and cultivate this body, this body is far better than the heavenly body
If you study Buddhism, if you are not as good as the Dharma, clinging to the name and appearance is going into the devil
Blessings are enjoyed like heaven and man, greed is like destruction is up
Heaven has fallen into the path of evil pleasures and hindered the realization of the true path
The true treasure is kindness
Wealth rises in the heart, and the heart is stingy and fallen
It is difficult to get a drop of water into the throat all year round, and the evil ghost is stingy
Cultivate diligently and make offerings and give more
When the heart is stupid and degenerates animals, when the cause and effect of killing are ripe
The hemp rope binding knife stabs the heart, oops, oops, unbearable
The herdsmen do not know cause and effect, and the recipients do not know how to be wise
Eighteen Hell Sufferings This suffering was not created by Hades
It is really hating the ripe fruit, and the heart wants to stay away from the three evil pleasures
It is necessary to avoid the three poisons as a great enemy
It is the true nature of suffering
When you die, your hands are empty, what is the use of thinking about heaven
The pleasures of this world are like dreams, and the heart is sad and centrifuged
There is no time to think about death

All the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas of the three worlds seem to be equal
Buddha Grace Phi Snow City Blessing Lotus Master Great Grace
The Buddhas and Bodhisattvas of the three worlds are all those who have renounced their afflictions and attained enlightenment, and their merits are equal and undifferentiated.
The difference is that they make vows and destined sentient beings before they practice the bodhisattva path and become Buddhas, some vow to live in hell, some vow to live in the end of the Dharma period, some vow to live in certain regions, Guru Padmasambhava is the body of Amitabha Buddha, the words of Avalokiteshvara, Shakyamuni Buddha and all the Buddha’s hearts are in harmony, and when they build the Bodhi Stupa in Nepal, they vow to transform Tibetan sentient beings and spread the Tantric Dharma in the end of the Dharma period. In this way, Guru Rinpoche’s kindness to sentient beings in the snowy region (Tibet) is greater than that of other Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, and he is also very fateful.
High up in the heavenly realm, all are blessed and enjoyed
Look at the wheel king is poverty, this is the fruit of taking vows and giving alms
Reflect on the causes of kindness
Among the six realms, the most blessed and happy beings are the heavenly and heavenly beings, and this is the result of the good causes planted in previous lives, such as keeping the vows and giving alms, and the enjoyment of this good fortune is far greater than that of the wheel kings in the world. However, the retribution of this celestial and human being is not the ultimate perfection, but the ultimate perfection can be attained with the wisdom of paramita (for a detailed commentary on the six paramitas, please refer to the Explanation of the Thirty-Seven Verses of the Buddha’s Journey). Guru Jigme Lingpa once told us, “If you want to enjoy the blessings of heaven and man, you should be diligent in planting good causes, taking more vows and giving alms.”
There are many kinds of human beings, and now they have eighteen full lives
Subduing the Hundred Hearts and Cultivating This body is far better than no human body
There are six organs in the human body: to learn Buddhism and not to learn Buddhism, to be good and to be evil, to be male and female, and to have six root organs…… and so on. When you have attained the full life of the eighteen moments in this life (for a detailed commentary on the eighteen perfections, please refer to the Explanation of the Thirty-Seven Verses of the Buddha’s Actions), you must understand the merits and benefits of this human life, cherish this rare opportunity, study the Dharma diligently, and cultivate the state of non-retreat in this life. If you are fortunate enough to have a full human body and have the opportunity to practice, but you do not accept and subdue your mind to cure the troubles of greed and hatred, then this human body is meaningless.
Shantideva once said during the bodhisattva’s initiation, “You can row to the other side of liberation by relying on the treasure boat of human life, which is not easy to obtain in the next life, so do not sleep in ignorance.” Since the blessings of this person’s body are greater than those of the heavens, he must practice diligently to attain liberation.
If learning Buddhism is like the Dharma, clinging to the name is the devil
There are many kinds of people who study Buddhism, some have the same inner and outer appearances, some are not integrated with the inside and the outside, and some have no ideas for themselves, and those who follow others to learn but cannot learn to the end. Although wearing Shakyamuni Buddha’s robes is meritorious, if you don’t have renunciation, bodhichitta and emptiness, you are not a true student of Buddhism. Some laypeople, novices, or bhikshus who think they are ordained are greedy and arrogant, and they are not as good as the Dharma.
Generally speaking, accepting the precepts is good karma and good, but if you think you are a student of Buddhism and look down on others, you are going mad. All students of Buddhism need to be vigilant about this, and Mahayana students of Buddhism need to focus on having bodhichitta as the main thing.
Blessings are enjoyed into no one, and suspicion is like destruction to the beginning
Heaven has fallen into the path of evil pleasures and hindered the realization of the true path
The true treasure is kindness
If you have good fortune and use, you will be as happy as a celestial person, but if you are greedy and obsessed together, it will be terrible! If you are obsessed with your heart, you will be more comparable, but you can’t always be the first, which destroys the stability of your own heart; When the heart is greedy, it gives rise to desire, and if it wants to have more things, the heart becomes unstable, and it allows itself to fall from the happiness of heaven to the evil pleasures. Therefore, we must annihilate our own greed, have compassion and contentment, rejoice and praise others, accept and bless the happiness and abundance of others, so that our own happiness is combined with happiness, and our hearts are full of joy without lacking anything and with joy.
For example, although His Holiness Milarepa had nothing, he lived in a cave with satisfaction and happiness. Therefore, we must deeply understand that greed and obsession will lead us to fall into the three negative realms, hinder us from practicing the bodhisattva path and enlightenment, and always have compassion and contentment, and remember that kindness (compassion, compassion, bodhichitta) is a treasure that can never be exhausted.
Wealth rises in the heart, and the heart is stingy and hungry
It is difficult to get a drop of water into the throat all year round, and thousands of hungry ghosts are stingy
Cultivate diligently and make offerings and give more
The world loves wealth and rejoices in wealth, but is wealth the real reason for happiness? Definitely! It is the real cause of suffering. As the saying goes, “A man dies for wealth, and a bird dies for food.” People often fall into the abyss of misery in order to protect and want to get more wealth. If people are stingy with their wealth and are reluctant to make offerings to the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, or to give alms to the poor and needy, they will fall into the path of starvation and endure starvation after death, and they will not get a drop of water all year round, and even if they do, the water will turn into fire, bad water, or pus and blood that cannot enter the throat.
We must always reflect on the suffering of the hungry ghosts, and we will feel disgusted in our hearts, and we will resolve to stay away from the hungry ghosts, and we must always think about the reason for falling into this path, “stingy”, and when we have wealth, in addition to the necessities of life, we must do our best to provide for the Buddhas and bodhisattvas and give to the poor, and we must always strengthen this mind, if we can do this, then the two resources of merit and wisdom will be easily fulfilled, and it will be easy to follow the bodhisattva path and attain the bodhi fruit.
When the heart is stupid and degenerates animals, when the cause and effect of killing are ripe
The hemp rope binding knife stabs the heart, oops, oops, unbearable
The herdsmen do not know cause and effect, and the recipients do not know how to be wise
Why did you fall into the animal road? It’s because of our foolishness and ignorance. We know how to do good and give up evil, but if we don’t do it, we are stupid, and laziness is also stupidity, so we fall into the way of animals, become nomadic cattle in Tibet, and finally suffer the retribution of killing. When the cause and effect are ripe, the rope will tie the body, and the butcher’s knife will be pierced into the heart, think how painful it is! How unbearable! Nomads don’t understand cause and effect to create this karma, but we who study Buddhism know cause and effect, but we underestimate cause and effect and kill, is this because we are too smart and inverted?
Eighteen Hell Sufferings This suffering was not created by Hades
It is really hatred of ripe fruits, and the desire to stay away from the three evil realms
Need to hide from the three poisons like a great enemy
Think of the sufferings of the eighteen hells, and look at the evil beings mentioned in the Jizo Bodhisattva Sutra, who continue to suffer all kinds of terrible sufferings in the hells. Even if you just think about it in your heart, it’s terrible, but it’s not that King Yama likes to punish, it’s not that his heart is so vicious, it’s really the ripe result of his hatred and bad karma. If you want to stay away from the three evil realms, you need to deal with the three poisons in your mind (greed, hatred, and ignorance), do more good karma, and see the three poisons as enemies, and avoid them like a coward (meaning to give up).
There are four ways to annihilate your afflictions:
1. Waiver;
2. Treatment;
3. For diversion;
Fourth, placed in self-nature.
It is the true nature of the truth of suffering
The cause and effect mentioned above are the true nature of the truth of suffering arising from the collective Dharma, and the Collective Dharma is the Dharma. Shakyamuni Buddha said, “Doing Dharma is the cause of suffering, and doing nothing is nirvana.” Therefore, none of the causes and effects mentioned above arise from external forces, but from our own minds.
When you die, your hands are empty, what is the use of thinking about heaven
The pleasures of this world are like dreams, and the heart is sad and centrifuged
There is no time to think about death
Wealth, relatives, and even even if we have heaven, these are neither taken away, nor can we be worried about or useless when we die, but in the end we will walk alone and enjoy all the glory and wealth of this life…… and so on, all of us are illusions, and there is no real thing.
Buddhists should always look at this illusion of life and understand it, and then they will feel disgusted and feel compassion in their hearts, which is renunciation, and when they continue to cultivate this renunciation, they will be able to enter the bodhisattva path of non-retreat.
In addition, he usually thinks more about the impermanence of life, the uncertain period of death, and the uncertain cause of death, so as to strengthen the renunciation of disgust with the world of sampa in his heart. The above are the four antipathy methods.
Practicing the Five Perfections of Paramita Contemplating the Wisdom of Paramita
It is the path of non-emptiness that contemplates and cultivates to the ultimate fruition
It is the true true extinction of the present
When renunciation arises in the mind, one practices the bodhisattva path, and practices the six paramitas of generosity, vows, forbearance, diligence, meditation, and wisdom, among which wisdom is the most important, and wisdom can reach the other side of samsara, and others can attain heavenly and human retribution, but cannot reach nirvana.
When you practice the bodhisattva path for a long time, the merits of the true path will naturally appear, and the merits of the true truths preached by Shakyamuni Buddha are not false, and then you will complete the meditation and attain the right results, and the merits of the true extinction will naturally appear, and when you reach the true truth, you will not have any troubles, that is, you will become a Buddha.
As far as ordinary people are concerned, there are stages of studying the Dharma, there are stages of merit, and there are stages of enlightenment, so one can attain the ultimate perfection of Buddhahood by practicing in stages.
