This treatise is a classic of the Nyingma School of Teachings (Kama), one of the precious teachings written by Master Padmasambhava himself in Tibetan and has not been translated by others. This is the essence of the teachings given to the Tibetan king Trisong Dezan and his family during his time at Sangye Monastery before he left Tibet, analyzing and distinguishing the differences between the vehicles and the views between the external paths, the heavenly and human vehicles, the Buddhist path, and even the Dzogchen. This theory is a memorandum on the difference between general observation and multiplication, and although the text is short (only three pages), it is as concise as a scientific judgment. Past masters such as Rongdun Panchen, Master Zang Dunpa (disciple of Kadampa, Master Longchenpa (quoted in many places in the Seven Treasures Treatise), Mipang Rinpoche, and Jianggong Khamchul Rinpoche have all explained this theory in detail.
